What we collect, and why

When you contact us — this site has no contact form; every contact link is a direct mailto: address, so your message goes straight to our mailbox, not through this website. When you do, we hold your name, email address, and the content of your message, to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Server logs — our website host automatically records standard technical data (IP address, browser/device information, pages visited) to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Cookies — this website sets no non-essential cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. See the Cookie Policy for details.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data: up to 2 years from your last contact with us, then deleted unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs: up to 12 months.

Who we share it with

We use service providers (processors) that handle personal data only on our instructions: website and email hosting, an AI-driven system that helps us automate our processes, internal team messaging, encrypted backups, and — if you become a client or travel to a show for us — invoicing and hotel booking. We do not sell personal data. No decisions about you are made by automated means alone.

Some of these providers are in the United States; those transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Ask us at hello@allhandsondeck.agency for the list of providers. This website's fonts are served from our own server, so your visit is not shared with a font provider.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these, contact hello@allhandsondeck.agency. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
